How we list practices
Where listing facts come from
Practice records include public information from practice websites and other public sources. When official website source records are available, profiles link to them and identify the facts and check dates they support.
What a source check means
A check date applies to the recorded facts from that source. It does not mean every detail on the profile was reviewed that day. A listing is not an endorsement or a ranking of clinical quality. Provider names and displayed credentials do not constitute independent license or specialist verification.
Locations and phone numbers
Profiles group offices belonging to a practice. Office phone numbers appear with their locations when that association is recorded. Other practice contacts are listed separately. Confirm the office address and contact details with the practice before arranging a visit.
How results are displayed
City practice lists are alphabetical by practice name. A city may include only a portion of the practices serving that area. Related listings are other practices in the same city directory, not clinical recommendations.
Questions about care or listing details
Use the official website linked on a profile to confirm provider credentials, treatment options, costs, insurance participation, and appointment availability directly with the practice.
